This post is based on the entry video AND a very good book by Angeliki Anagnostou called, “Can you stand the Truth”, whose website can be found here: canyoustandthetruth.eu.
The book is a rather deep & dense read, not for everybody. So, I won’t bother commenting too much, except to recommend my readers check it out. I will only add my addendum to one of the author’s diagrams, included below.
Anagnostou posits, from various scientific disciplines and intuitive research into various ancient texts, such as the Bible and Nag Hammadi Gnostic literature, that humans come from (and are trapped inside) multi-dimensional layers of reality, composed of different energies & vibrations & frequencies.
The author also provides the below more complex diagram, incorporating more information and building on the concepts.
I will try to keep my analysis simple, and focus on the 7 layered chart provided. Keep in mind, this is my addendum and way of understanding things, from my own unique experience(s) in life.
Spirit planes:
Higher mental plane
Above the higher mental plane, is the highest point of consciousness, a realm of pure spirit, which is something like pure energy but it is not energy.
Energy can get trapped in our simulated matrix reality, while spirit cannot.
This higher mental plane is a little lower than the spirit plane of existence, approaching the level of energy, but not quite there. Here individuation and individuality start to form.
We are still pure consciousness at this level, with some individuation but ZERO emotions at this level. I know, sounds boring doesn’t it? But boredom cannot exist at this level, because there are NO emotions.
This higher mental plane is a non-duality realm, pure intellect, no emotions, not quite energy, but approaching the state of duality-energy existence.
Note: Einstein’s famous equation E=mc2 shows that energy and matter are different sides of the same thing. Duality forms where energy forms, because energy is matter and matter is energy, two sides of the same coin.
Second virtual paradise
At this level, emotions form. But they are 100% positive emotions only and 100% positive intentions/motivations towards the all, what I call totality-reality.
So, now we have a realm of existence of pure thought and 100% positive emotions, greater individuation, but NO energy “bodies” can form, so to speak, to more distinctly separate consciousnesses from one another. A form of energy body can form, that is close to energy, something like it but NOT duality energy, which has negative components.
Some people call this “the void”, and perhaps it is a fairly ideal state. But, if you can handle it, a little lower is more interesting & ideal.
Note: this plane is still NOT an energy realm, as we understand energy, because Archons (forms of our own egregore & tulpa energetic creations) can only trap energy-consciousness. Nobody is trapped on the 2nd virtual paradise; a plane of pure positive “something” that is like energy but is NOT energy, is NOT a concept the human mind will fully understand.
Energy planes:
Website author’s note: I would say planes #1 and #2 are spirit realms, and planes A, B, C, D, E, are flesh realms, aka body realms, because bodies of various energetic types are possible.
John 3:6, KJV, “That which is born of the flesh (ie energy) is flesh (body realms A→E); and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit (spirit realms #1→#2 and above).”
A) Lower mental plane
Dropping to this level, negative emotions are a possibility but NOT a necessity.
Energetic bodies can form
Duality energy can form and negativity can arise, but with awareness & discernment, it can be quickly brought back to baseline or higher.
B) Higher astral
Although this plane is still more weighted towards the positive side, at some point, consciousness can get trapped at this energetic level and lower.
Inevitably, negative emotions arise, conflicts occur between the individuations, AND thoughts/emotions can spiral out of balanced control, intentions and motivations towards other individualities starts to degrade, etc… and you can find yourself in the lower astral realm.
The clip below is from a fellow doing Grok AI research regarding astral realms, and traps at this astral level after death, OBE (out of body experiences), NDE (near death experiences), various opinions from other humans, etc…
C) Lower astral
Predominately negative, this plane of existence is becoming similar to our “dog-eat-dog” physical reality.
For example, imagine a being who slips from a fractal higher astral into 51% negative thought-emotional state and 49% positive thought-emotional state, and starts to experience greater toxic intentions/motivations towards others.
Dropping further, a being with 30% positive intentions/motivations and 70% negative intentions/motivations towards others can quickly degrade to 15% positive intentions/motivations and 85% negative intentions/motivations, driving the related thought-emotional state even lower.
Negative dualities can become polarities.
Fear, guilt, anger, shame, hate, confusion, etc… leads to amnesia syndromes, in preparation for going even lower. Why would you want to do that? Well, ask your higher self. You are reading this after all, so you know you dropped even further!
D) Aetheric field
This plane is very close to the physical plane, almost indistinguishable.
E) Physical matter
No explanation needed. This is our level of reality.
Visually, using imagery, I would symbolize the above written scenarios with molten metals taking form, such as undifferentiated molten gold, taking greater form as gold coins with two heads on each side (heads = positive, and tails = negative).
Then gold coin with heads and tails as possibilities, and finally mixtures of gold and silver coins with both heads and tails.
Once duality cannot be overcome without higher divine assistance, coins always have both heads & tails and some mixture of metals.
The higher astral would be the lowest plane that you would want to “visit”, as in don't materialize there for too long, lest ye be trapped. You run the risk of dropping lower, amnesia traps, mind games from other entities with greater experience & abilities, etc …
However, regardless of anything, a core of gold always exists underneath silver coins’ external veneer, the I AM essence, unless the perceived being is 100% program construct, no sentience at all, which some call NPCs. If my symbolic imagery doesn’t make sense, please ask questions.
